What is the Project P.R.O.M.I.S.E. TRIO Educational Talent Search (ETS) Program?
P.R.O.M.I.S.E. is an acronym that stands for “Prepared, Resilient, Optimistic, Motivated, Inspired, Successful, Educated” and the TRIO ETS program is an initiative offered by Project P.R.O.M.I.S.E.
The TRIO ETS program serves a combination of 500 middle and high school students from certain target Chicago Public Schools. The program is funded through the U.S. Department of Education and the goal is to develop the academic skills necessary for our participants to complete middle and high school and enroll in college.
Who do we serve?
TRIO ETS provides services to potential first-generation college students residing in low-income households as well as students with an academic need.
